    1. Cuire la poitrine de canard. D\u00e9glacer la po\u00eale avec le miel, la bi\u00e8re et le fond brun. Filtrer et laisser r\u00e9duire.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Peler les mangues et les couper en tranches fines. Disposer les tranches en \u00e9ventail sur une assiette. D\u00e9poser un petit morceau de fromage par-dessus et mettre au four pendant quelques minutes pour que le fromage fonde.<\/span><\/li>
